Shipping policy

1. Standard Delivery Fees All orders are subject to a standard courier delivery fee based on your location. This shipping fee is calculated and added to your total at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Exchanges and "Change of Mind" Returns If you ordered the correct item but need to exchange it (e.g., you need a different size) or wish to return it, the customer is responsible for all courier shipping fees associated with returning the item and sending the new one.

3. Wrong Items & Manufacturing Defects (The SAWA Guarantee) We check every piece before it goes out, but if we make a mistake, we will fix it at no cost to you. You will not pay any shipping fees if:

• We delivered the wrong size or wrong color by mistake.

• The product arrived with a manufacturing defect (e.g., ripped seams, broken elastic).

In these rare cases, SAWA will cover 100% of the pickup and replacement shipping costs.
