Refund policy
14-Day Return Window We accept returns and refunds within 14 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Refunds & Shipping Fees Shipping fees are paid directly to the courier company and are strictly non-refundable.

Standard Returns (Size changes, change of mind): If you request a refund because the item doesn't fit or you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return courier fee. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed for the price of the product only (the original shipping fee and the return pickup fee will be deducted).

Wrong Items or Defects (Our Fault): If you received the wrong item, the wrong size, or a product with a manufacturing defect, SAWA will take full responsibility. We will arrange the return pickup and send you a replacement—or issue a full 100% refund—and we will cover all shipping costs.
How to Request a Refund: To start a return, please contact us via Instagram DM or email with your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will arrange the courier pickup for you.
